I graduated from Lesley University with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialized in Holistic Studies, taking a deeper dive into the way matters of mind, body & spirit can be integrated into a transformative counseling practice.

After graduating from Lesley University, I received advanced training at the Institute for Existential-Psychoanalytic Therapy.

An active curiosity about the complexities of life makes me a forever student, and I continue find inspiration in life’s teachings.

Work Experience

I have worked with teenagers and adults in a variety of clinical settings, including a psychiatric day program, outpatient clinics, in-home therapy & school counseling centers.
